Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site International Admission Counsellor in Noida, India. In this role, you will guide students through the entire admissions process, from course selection to application support and visa guidance. You will also assist students in finding suitable accommodation and provide exceptional customer service throughout their journey. Key responsibilities include counseling students, maintaining relationships with universities, coordinating communication, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every student.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on course selection, universities, and admission requirements.
  • Provide guidance on applications, documentation, and visa processes.
  • Assist students in finding verified and safe accommodation.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with universities and partners.
  • Offer high-quality customer service and resolve student queries efficiently.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in student counseling, international admissions, or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience in customer service and proficiency in sales techniques.
  • Educational background in a relevant field with a
    Bachelor's degree
    .
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
