Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counsellor located in Green Park, New Delhi. The Education Counsellor will be responsible for providing:

1-Sales interpersonal communication to assist prospective students and facilitate the admissions process on a day-to-day basis.

2-Counsel and guide prospective students about our courses and programs.

3-Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads with professionalism.

4-Maintain regular follow-up with students for enrollment.

5-Support in achieving admission and revenue targets.

6-Helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career paths.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree (any stream) – preference for Education, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields.

Experience: 6–3 years in student counseling, admissions, or sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
  • Professional Email Writing and Drafting abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Sales skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in admissions.

Workplace Details:

  • Address:S-2, Green Park Extension, Market, South Delhi, Uphaar Cinema Complex, Near by Green Park Metro Station Gate No 3 , Delhi 110016
  • Shift: Day shift
  • 6 days per week (Monday - Saturday)
  • Timings: 10:00 AM-7:00PM including a 1 Hour lunch break.
