Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor at our Delhi, India campus. The Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide program information, and address inquiries with professionalism and clarity. Daily responsibilities include engaging with students and families, counseling them on admission procedures, maintaining accurate application records, and fostering strong relationships to facilitate enrollments. The role also includes contributing to promotional events and supporting sales initiatives to meet academy objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively interact with prospective students, parents, and team members
  • Customer Service expertise to provide a positive and supportive experience during the admission process
  • Sales skills to contribute to enrollment targets and support promotional activities
  • Background in Education or a related field to understand and communicate academic programs effectively
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
