The Opportunity
We're seeking a Sales & Client Account Manager who thrives on building strong clients.
partnerships and unlocking growth opportunities. This role blends strategic market development
with consultative account management, driving new revenue while ensuring long-term clients
success in pharma, cosmetics, gene therapy, food & beverages, and allied industries.
What Youll Do
- Drive Growth in India: Achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets through client
acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Account Ownership: Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with assigned B2B clients
through continuous engagementcalls, demos, proposals, campaigns, roadmaps, and on[1]site visits.
- Strategic Planning: Design and execute account strategies to enhance product adoption,
positioning, and market share.
- Revenue Management: Oversee forecasting, pipeline health, and KPI achievement while
identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Development: Spot emerging trends, competitive shifts, and new opportunities in
Indias life sciences ecosystem.
- Consultative Selling: Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation and demos to
commercial negotiations and deal closures.
- Collaborative Execution: Partner with sales, marketing, product, and lead-gen teams to
deliver a cohesive go-to-market approach.
- Client Success: Troubleshoot concerns, coordinate resolutions internally, and ensure clients
derive continuous value from AmpleLogic solutions.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of proven success in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or key account management roles.
- Strong track record in revenue growth, client retention, and consultative sales.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels.
- Prior exposure to IT/ITES solutions in life sciences or allied industries is a strong plus.
