Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

  • Identify and build relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and exhibitors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, pipeline, and activity reports.
  • Ensure sponsor deliverables are met pre-, during, and post-conference.
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple events.

Required:

  • At least 1 Years of experience in sales,
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
