Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibilities include extensive traveling to identify potential customers, marketing our EOT cranes, and collecting new customer details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively to identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and gather relevant market data.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote EOT cranes to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collect and document customer details and feedback, maintaining an up-to-date customer database.
- Coordinate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle extensive travel requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
