1. DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, website content, and social media presence.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align digital strategies with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
  • Strong creative, analytical, and content management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

2. SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support sales goals.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, client meetings, and exhibitions.
  • Achieve sales targets and report performance to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in interiors or glass industry).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
