Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage digital marketing campaigns and create compelling visual content. The specialist will execute online marketing strategies across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising channels while designing marketing graphics that align with brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Design social media posts, banners, email templates, and other digital assets.
  • Manage social media profiles, schedule posts, and analyze engagement metrics.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform campaign strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Manage PPC and paid advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing with graphic design exposure.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
