Job Title: Agency Development Manager (Health & Motor Insurance)

Location: Mumbai

About the Role:

Idyllic Services is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading and rapidly expanding company in the insurance sector. We are looking for 50 dynamic and results-driven Agency Development Managers to join their team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of insurance agents to drive business growth in the Health and Motor insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, train, and onboard new insurance agents for the agency channel.
  • Motivate and manage a team of agents to generate sales for Health and/or Motor insurance products.
  • Drive business targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies through the agent network.
  • Build strong relationships with agents, providing them with ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success and productivity.
  • Monitor team performance, track sales metrics, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the insurance agency channel with a strong focus on agent recruitment.
  • A successful track record of generating business through a network of agents.
  • Hands-on experience in selling Health Insurance or Motor Insurance products is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation (CTC):

  • For Candidates with Motor Insurance Experience: ₹2.5 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA Incentives
  • For Candidates with Health Insurance Experience: ₹2.5 LPA to ₹5.5 LPA Incentives
