Job Description We are actively seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Agency Manager to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for recruiting and developing a team of business mentors, enabling them to achieve sales targets, and fostering overall business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong vision for career advancement, excellent understanding of customer needs, significant local market experience, and the ability to both build a team and generate individual business. Key Responsibilities - Team Recruitment & Development: Recruit Business Mentors and provide them with the necessary support and guidance to accomplish desired targets. This includes the ability to Hire Partners & Advisors. - Target Achievement & Growth: Drive the team towards achieving ambitious business targets. Possess a clear vision to grow in career and contribute to the growth of the agency. - Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs to ensure the team effectively meets client requirements. - Local Market Expertise: Leverage good local market experience to identify opportunities, navigate market dynamics, and build a strong network. - Business Generation: In addition to team leadership, be able to generate business individually, leading by example and contributing directly to revenue. Skills - Strong ability to recruit Business Mentors. - Proficiency in assisting teams to accomplish desired targets. - Clear vision for career growth. - Excellent understanding of customer needs. - Good local market experience. - Ability to hire Partners & Advisors. - Capability to generate business individually. Qualifications - Proven experience in agency management, sales leadership, or a similar role with a focus on recruitment and target achievement. - Demonstrable track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
