Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Agency Sales Manager, based on-site in Mumbai. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents, developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and ensuring that the team meets its goals. The role also involves recruiting and training new sales agents, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and monitoring the performance of the sales team to provide regular feedback and support.
Qualifications
- Sales Management and Leadership Skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents
- Client Relationship Management and Communication Skills
- Strong analytical skills to monitor sales performance and provide feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the insurance sector is a plus
