We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in our Digital Marketing Department to manage and attend incoming customer calls received through IVR. The role involves handling queries, providing accurate information, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting lead conversion for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage customer calls routed through the IVR system in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand customer queries and provide relevant information about products, services, and digital campaigns.
- Record, update, and maintain customer interaction details in CRM/database.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams for lead forwarding and follow-up.
- Ensure prompt resolution of complaints and escalate cases whenever required.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call handling, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualification
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer handling / tele calling (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi proficiency preferred).
- Good listening skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work with digital tools/CRM systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
