Digital Marketing Specialist (Immediate Joiners Only) – B2B SaaS
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite, 5 days working)
We are hiring an Immediate Joiner as a Digital Marketing Specialist for a leading B2B SaaS company through Conroar. Candidates with strong performance marketing and email automation experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end: strategy, targeting, creatives, budgets, tracking, and reporting.
- Run email marketing workflows and automation using HubSpot.
- Track performance using Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and funnel reporting.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
Requirement
- 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing (B2B/SaaS preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in HubSpot email marketing & automation.
- Strong understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting.
- Must be able to work onsite in Gurgaon (Monday–Friday).
- Immediate joiners only — candidates with 0–15 days notice period will be considered.
