Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Gurugram for a Digital Marketing Specialist. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of performance marketing initiatives, strategize paid media funnels, and drive campaign outcomes across digital channels. Your role will influence revenue growth, lead quality, and digital brand presence for our clients. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and engage the target audience will also be a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Develop full-funnel digital strategies aligned to business goals

●      Conduct competitor, market & audience research to guide campaign direction

●      Design ROI-driven media plans across multiple platforms

●      Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (FB/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), & LinkedIn Ads (preferred)

●      Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies & audience segmentation

●      Improve conversion rates through creative, copy & audience experiments

●      Track and improve KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS & conversions

●      Execute A/B and multivariate tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages

●      Identify funnel leakages and reduce acquisition costs

●      Implement and validate tracking systems including pixels, tags & events

●      Configure UTM parameters, custom events, and conversion APIs

●      Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools

Eligibility

●      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field

●      3–4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media management

●      Meta/Google Ads/Analytics certifications preferred

●      Immediate joiners preferred/required for this role

Expertise in:

Google Tag Manager

Google Analytics 4

Meta Events Manager

Conversion APIs & tracking frameworks

A strong analytical mindset & data interpretation skills and knowledge of SEO, email automation, and CRM workflows are an advantage.
