Job Title: Service Engineer (80% Travel)
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monthly 2 Saturday working)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Service Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer or Service Engineer. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, networking, and a strong technical understanding. The role involves frequent travel to client sites for service support, installations, and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, configuration, and testing of equipment or systems at client sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth system operation.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
- Handle network setup and connectivity related to system integration.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and support teams for escalation and issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed service and maintenance reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
- Willingness to travel extensively to various client locations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in service, maintenance, or site engineering.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, routers, switches, etc.).
- Good understanding of hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willing to travel frequently for on-site projects.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Experience with RFID, automation, or industrial systems.
- Familiarity with customer support processes and documentation.
