Job Title: Service Engineer (80% Travel)

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monthly 2 Saturday working)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Service Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer or Service Engineer. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, networking, and a strong technical understanding. The role involves frequent travel to client sites for service support, installations, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, configuration, and testing of equipment or systems at client sites.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth system operation.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
  • Handle network setup and connectivity related to system integration.
  • Coordinate with the internal technical and support teams for escalation and issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed service and maintenance reports.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to various client locations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in service, maintenance, or site engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, routers, switches, etc.).
  • Good understanding of hardware installation and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willing to travel frequently for on-site projects.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with RFID, automation, or industrial systems.
  • Familiarity with customer support processes and documentation.
