Role: Assistant Manager – Design & Sales

Location: Baner

Experience: 4+ years in Design & Sales - Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe Projects

What You'll Do:

· Generate and convert high-quality leads from new and existing networks.

· Conduct client meetings, understand design needs, and present impactful proposals.

· Drive confirmed order bookings and ensure smooth project delivery.

· Partner with design and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

· Lead and mentor the design & sales team for performance, development, and collaboration.

· Manage timelines, communication, and customer satisfaction across every stage.

· Contribute ideas that enhance products, processes, and team efficiency.
