Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Delhi, India. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely project delivery. Responsibilities include managing accounts, identifying client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring projects align with client goals and company objectives. The role also involves developing strategies to retain and grow client portfolios while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, client management, and relationship-building skills
- Project coordination, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze client needs, develop strategies, and achieve business objectives
- Experience with managing accounts in a similar industry or role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools and CRM software
- Flexibility to travel to meet clients as required
- Familiarity with the sports or construction industry is a plus
