Role & responsibilities
We are hiring a MBA graduate to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to President & CEO Diagnostics and Healthcare services. This role is ideally suited for a MBA graduate with around 1-3 years experience with strong organizational skills, communication prowess, and a proactive approach.
Key responsibilities
- Research & Data Analysis: Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports leading to an informed decision-making.
- Strategic & Project Support: Assisting with strategic planning, project management, and contributing to various initiatives as needed.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handling sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Meeting Support: Coordinating and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, briefing papers, and recording minutes.
- Document Management: Preparing, formatting, and editing reports, presentations, memos, and other communications and maintaining an organized filing system.
- Stakeholder interaction: Interact with doctors, business heads, operational teams as and when required during project management activities, business case planning, and follow-up on initiatives implemented.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: MBA or a graduate degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Experience: A recent graduate or fresher with less than 1 year of relevant work experience is desirable. Prior internships or project work demonstrating organizational and management skills would be a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective interactions with various stakeholders.
- Organizational & Time Management Skills: Strong organizational abilities, including meticulous attention to detail, proactive planning, multitasking, and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a willingness to learn other relevant software and tools.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to identify issues, analyse situations, and recommend effective solutions independently.
- Professionalism & Interpersonal Skills: A professional demeanour, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
