Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Kozhikode. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, pitching Smart Link's services, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role involves meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and participating in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Sales experience and the ability to achieve targets
  • Training and the ability to improve skills through continuous learning
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the telecom industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous
