1. Operations Management

  • Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including dining, kitchen coordination, and service flow.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure smooth shift execution.

2. Customer Service

  • Handle guest concerns, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain service excellence.

3. Staff Supervision & Training

  • Assist in training, guiding, and supervising restaurant staff.
  • Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Support onboarding of new team members.

4. Inventory & Stock Control

  • Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Assist with ordering, receiving, and maintaining proper inventory records.
  • Work closely with purchase and kitchen teams to avoid shortages or wastage.

5. Financial & Administrative Support

  • Assist with daily sales reports, billing accuracy, and cash handling.
  • Support cost-control activities (food cost, labour cost, wastage).
  • Maintain documentation, records, and compliance reports.

6. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for timely order flow.
  • Communicate operational issues and updates to the Restaurant Manager.
  • Support in implementing promotional activities and menu changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹25,000.00 per month
