Your Mission: Become a Growth Engine for SMEs

This isn't your average number-crunching role. As a Senior Accountant, you will be the go-to expert for a portfolio of exciting clients. You'll dive deep into their operations, ensuring their financial foundation is rock-solid so they can focus on what they do best: innovating and growing.

You'll be the architect of their financial clarity, directly contributing to their success and learning what makes businesses tick from the inside out.

A Day in the Life of a Senior Accountant @ Magnus:

• Be the Operational Hub
  : Own the end-to-end accounting process for your clients—from accounts payable/receivable to bank reconciliations and month-end close. You'll ensure everything is accurate, timely, and tells a clear story.

• Become a Compliance Guru:
   Confidently manage and file crucial statutory compliances like GST, ESI, EPF, and Company Law filings. You'll be the shield that keeps our clients safe and compliant.

• Power Payroll:
  Take charge of processing payroll, ensuring our clients' teams are paid accurately and on time, every time.

• Unlock Insights:
  Go beyond data entry. Use cloud-based tools like Zoho Books or Odoo or QuickBooks to generate reports and analyze trends, helping you and your clients spot opportunities and efficiencies.

• Collaborate for Impact:
   Work directly with senior team members and clients, translating complex financial data into understandable insights. Your clear communication will build trust and add immense value.

Who You Are:

• The Foundation:
  You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• The Practitioner:
   You have hands-on experience
  (approx. 2-3 year) with the full accounting cycle for SMEs
  . You know your way around AP, AR, bank feeds, and payroll.

• The Tech-Savvy Learner:
   You're proficient with modern, cloud-based accounting software (experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar is a huge plus).
  You're not afraid of a Pivot Table and love using tech to work smarter.

• The Meticulous Mind:
   Your attention to detail is impeccable. Accuracy isn't just a goal; it's your standard.

• The Problem-Solver:
   You enjoy untangling a messy spreadsheet and finding the story the numbers are trying to tell.
