Counter Sales: Mobile Accessories

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Service
- Attend to customers visiting the store and provide product information on mobile accessories.
 - Promote and sell mobile accessories including chargers, headphones, covers, and other related products.
 - Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
 - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
 
2. Product Knowledge & Display
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, features, and promotions.
 - Ensure proper product display, pricing, and stock arrangement at the counter.
 - Assist in merchandising and creating attractive product displays to drive sales.
 
3. Inventory & Billing
- Manage stock levels, report shortages, and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.
 - Handle billing and cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
 - Ensure proper documentation of sales, returns, and exchanges.
 
4. Store Maintenance & Team Support
- Keep the sales counter clean, organized, and presentable.
 - Assist team members in achieving overall store targets.
 - Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / Graduate.
 - 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in mobile accessories or electronics.
 - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS/billing software.
 - Customer-focused, energetic, and motivated to achieve targets.
