  As an integral memberof Sales team, the MIS Analyst will be responsible for the design, development,implementation and support of critical Business Intelligence (BI)reports,Excel Reports, and other tools working with cross -functional teams. Maintain contractual staff's  productivity tracker2.     Maintain count of  hiring, salary details andjoining details of contractual staff3.     Automate reports to reduce man -hours spent onexisting reports4.     Develop MIS documentation to allow for smoothoperations and easy system maintenance5.     Provide recommendations to update current MIS toimprove reporting efficiency and consistency6.     Perform data analysis for generating reports onperiodic basis7.     Develop MIS system for customer management andinternal communication8.     Provide strong reporting and analytical informationsupport to management team9.     Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.10.   Understand customer problems andprovide appropriate technical solutions.11.   Analyse business information toidentify process improvements for increasing business efficiency andeffectiveness12.   Participate in cross -functionalmeetings to resolve recurring customer issues13.   Provide customer support andassistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution14.   Prepare and publish weekly andmonthly Sales dashboards to management15.   Update business on new changes inreports as and when introduced16.   Regularly follow -up with businesson report completeness & accuracy RequirementsAbility to function effectively in an extremely dynamic industryGood interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficient with MS Office Applications like Excel, Access etc. and being able to design reports and tools with VBA macros.Knowledge of logical and physical data modelling concepts (relational and dimensional)Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structuresExcellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes internal, external and customer teamsRequires strong analytical, conceptual and problem -solving abilities Ability to manage multiplepriorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
