Job Description About Wholesale Credit The Wholesale Credit department in the Bank is a Credit Underwriting department for all Large/ Mid and SME clientele of the Bank. It is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a good portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processes About the Role The Support Staff-SCF manages the MIS and processes pertaining to the Supply Chain Finance portfolio under Wholesale Credit. The candidate is responsible for co-ordinating with various stakeholders, maintaining MIS & internal compliance along with Portfolio Monitoring and Presentation to top management. Key Responsibilities . Timely preparation and submission of various MIS sought by Top Management by effective co ordination between team members. . Adherence to regulatory guidelines and Closure of compliance related issues within timelines, Closure of RBI/Internal audit queries . Setting up Committee meetings, preparation of minutes and Control returns . Preparation of SCF Portfolio Dashboard, DPD reports, Renewal overdue position, stale ratings, pending security creation, sanction tracker, rejections tracker, etc . Setting up of EWS actioning meeting and summarising action reports and timely submission of EWS responses to Risk CO . Attending Audit observations . Any other task advised by Dept Head. Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: . Graduation from a recognized institute. Post- Graduation (MBA/ CA) will be added advantage. . Efficiency in MS Office applications primarily Ms Excel. Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess: . Knowledge of working with MS office . Knowledge of credit, industry and product trends . Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language . Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment . Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
