Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist located in Mumbai. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing social media accounts, and creating promotional materials. Additional duties include conducting sales presentations, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will also involve training new sales team members and overseeing sales management activities to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to train and develop new sales team members
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the luxury goods or office supplies industry is a plus
