Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Mumbai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing training and support to the sales team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role will involve promoting the association's programs and initiatives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive the organization's mission forward.

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training and supporting sales teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the education sector is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
