Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven
Area Sales Manager
to lead sales operations for our
wall textures, decorative finishes, primers, putties, and paint products
in the
Bengaluru market
.

The ideal candidate must have
prior experience in paint or texture companies
and strong relationships with
architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and dealers
.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Bengaluru region.
  • Expand business for
    premium wall textures, lime-based finishes, exterior coatings, and paint products
    .
  • Identify new revenue opportunities in
    architect, contractor, dealer, and builder
    segments.

2. Market Development

  • Launch new products and ensure proper market penetration.
  • Expand dealer network and create strong channel relationships.
  • Organize
    architect meet-ups, contractor demos, site samples, and product presentations
    .

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key architects, interior designers, PMC firms, builders, and turnkey contractors.
  • Provide technical support, texture samples, shade cards, and on-site guidance when required.
  • Manage high-value B2B accounts and ensure repeat business.

4. Site & Project Tracking

  • Track ongoing and upcoming projects across Bengaluru (residential, commercial, hospitality).
  • Coordinate with the application team for site visits, mockups, and final execution.
  • Ensure collections are done on time.

5. Team & Field Management

  • Lead, train, and guide field executives or sales promoters (if assigned).
  • Plan daily and weekly field schedules and maintain visit reports.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and share market intelligence with management.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily sales reports (DSR), funnel updates, and forecast planning.
  • Coordinate with the
    factory/HO for dispatches, pricing, technical queries, and samples
    .
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Required Experience

  • 3–8 years of experience
    in the paint, wall textures, construction chemicals, or building materials industry.
  • Strong network with
    architects, interior designers, dealers, painters, and contractors
    in Bengaluru.
  • Experience in premium finishes like
    textures, putty, primers, lime plasters, or waterproofing
    is preferred.
