Job Description:

We are hiring an HR Officer for our plant in Bhiwadi. The role involves handling HR operations, statutory compliances, payroll & attendance, employee engagement, and liaison with authorities. Candidates must have prior experience in a manufacturing unit setup with knowledge of labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wage & salary administration, attendance, and leave management.
  • Statutory compliances PF, ESI, Factory Act, Minimum Wages Act, ID Act, etc.
  • Training coordination, performance reviews, and employee regularization.
  • Liaison with labor authorities, factory inspector, PF & ESI offices.
  • HRIS reports, timely F&F settlements, and compliance adherence.

Candidate Profile:

  • MBA – HR / MSW with 5–10 years of experience in Plant HR/Admin.
  • Proficient in IR, Statutory Compliance, Payroll & Time Office.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
