What impact you will have

You will lead events, field marketing, and marketing operations for the APAC region, ensuring strong demand generation, brand visibility, and regional alignment with Submer's global strategy.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and field marketing campaigns across the APAC region.
  • Develop marketing operations processes including CRM, analytics, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders to enhance brand engagement.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in field marketing, events, and marketing operations in APAC or international markets.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple countries, time zones, and teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
