Manager Flyash Exports

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Manager – Flyash Exports to lead and expand our international flyash export operations, with a primary focus on the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in flyash classification and quality standards, a proven network of global clients, and extensive experience in managing the end-to-end export cycle. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, business development, client relationship management, and compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute export strategies to drive profitable growth across Middle East, Asia, and Europe.
  • Build, maintain, and expand a robust database of prospective and existing clients, including traders, procurement heads, and government agencies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate export deals, and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Nurture strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Ensure strict compliance with international trade laws, export documentation, and quality standards.
  • Oversee classification, packaging, and logistics for flyash shipments to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track global market trends, pricing movements, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, quality control, and finance) to deliver seamless export operations.
  • Prepare and present sales projections, business reports, and strategic growth plans to senior leadership.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging opportunities and risks in target markets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–12 years of proven experience in flyash exports or related commodities, with exposure to Middle East, Asia, and European markets.
  • Strong expertise in flyash classification, specifications, and quality compliance.
  • Established network of international clients, traders, and procurement professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop client databases and grow business pipelines.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in preparing reports and market strategies.

Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of flyash types, classification, and quality standards.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Multilingual skills (Arabic or other regional languages) will be an added advantage.
