
Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a strong drive to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve outreach and conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
