We are currently seeking a Procurement Specialist, reporting directly to Procurement Manager to join our Procurement team based in Mumbai.

About the mission we offer you:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the responsibilities below. 

The procurement specialist will be responsible to ensure that the EPC Contractor for managing procurement activities for the project within a PMC framework. The role involves ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of materials, and services in line with project requirements and Saudi Aramco Standards. .

• Ensure that the EPC Contractor shall manage end-to-end procurement processes for long-lead items (if any), bulk materials, and project services. 
• Prepare procurement strategies, bid documents, evaluation reports, and recommendations. 
• Ensure that the EPC Contractor shall coordinate with engineering, planning, contracts, and project management teams to align procurement deliverables with project schedules.
• Ensure that the EPC Contractor shall interface with vendors and contractors to ensure technical and commercial compliance with p[project specifications. 
• Ensure that the EPC Contractor shall negotiate terms and condition with suppliers to maintain compliance with PMC and client standards. 
• Ensure that the EPC Contractor shall monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare regular procurement reports and updates for management and client review. 
• Ensure adherence to Saudi Aramco standards and project specific procurement procedures.

About You:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering/ Administration with Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement & Supply activities including extensive experience of material procurement in Petrochemical Industry.

Languages: English (Fluent)

Main skills: Minimum 10 years of experience.

Note : Candidate must have PMC experience. Also candidate needs to have preferably experience working on ARAMCO projects. It is mandatory to have Offshore projects experience.

Candidate would be based in Contractor office for 6-8 months & later will be based in Yard.
