Procurement Specialist

The Team:

As part of the Finance department, the Procurement team aims to support the needs of the Enfusion organization by delivering increased value, partnership support and cost savings through supplier relationship management. 

The Role:

The Procurement Team at Enfusion is currently seeking a Specialist. In this role, you will support the execution and strategic direction of Enfusion's sourcing and purchasing programs. 

What You'll Do:

  • Purchasing: Serve as primary trainer and SME on Procure-to-Pay system for global employees, review and release purchase orders globally, manage procure-to-pay system
  • Contracting: Review and negotiate vendor contracts for best-value terms; run sourcing events to identify best vendor-partners
  • Data Management: Maintain vendor contract database and review records; create and utilize reports to enhance Procurement's efficiencies and create actionable opportunities for cost savings and contract optimization 
  • Project Coordination: support internal partners in vendor selection through running sourcing opportunities, contracting, and relationship management
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with related teams to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and contract terms; collaborate with finance and accounting teams 

What You'll Need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in Procurement or Purchasing
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong understanding of purchasing processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of purchasing systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, understanding how to prioritize and communicate progress while working independently
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
