1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Keep the office premises clean and hygienic (desks, meeting rooms, washrooms, common areas).
- Ensure pantry area is neat, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle waste disposal properly.
2. Pantry & Hospitality Support
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain stock of tea/coffee/milk and other pantry items.
- Assist during office meetings by serving water/snacks.
3. Administrative & Support Tasks
- Handle photocopying, printing, and scanning as required.
- Distribute files, letters, and documents within departments.
- Assist employees with basic office tasks.
4. Inventory & Supplies Handling
- Monitor office supplies (stationery, cleaning materials, pantry stock).
- Inform Admin/HR when stock is low.
- Support in receiving office deliveries.
5. Guest & Visitor Assistance
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the concerned person.
- Serve refreshments to guests.
6. Miscellaneous Tasks
- Assist in small office errands (bank, courier, stationery shop, etc.) when needed.
- Support HR/Admin during events or office activities.
- Any other related tasks assigned by management.

- Good hygiene and grooming
- Responsible and trustworthy
Experience
- 0–3 years (or as per company requirement)
