- Handle **back-office follow-ups** with customers and internal teams.

- Coordinate with **customers, suppliers, and internal departments** as needed.
- Assist in general **administrative and office support** tasks.
- Ensure proper communication and documentation for smooth workflow.
**Requirements**:
- **Basic English communication skills** (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
