Role: Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

As a TSM, you will be responsible for:

Driving overall sales achievement & growth in assigned territory

Managing distributors, retailers, contractors, and key accounts

Developing new markets & strengthening brand presence

Leading and mentoring Sales Officers

Ensuring 100% execution of sales strategies, schemes, and product launches

Overseeing inventory & receivables management

What We're Looking For:

Graduate / MBA (preferred)

8–10 years of experience in Sales (at least 2 years in Team Handling)

Preferred Industry: Building Materials / Adhesives / Paints

Strong skills in Sales Execution, Distribution Management, and Channel Development

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities
