We are seeking a detail-oriented and accountable Accounts Executive to manage and oversee day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. The role involves processing payments and receipts promptly while ensuring financial discipline and compliance with company policies. The candidate will maintain confidential and well-structured financial records in accordance with standard accounting procedures. Proficiency in Tally accounting software is essential for effective data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.

The Accounts Executive will also be responsible for reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis to maintain accuracy and transparency. They will assist in preparing financial summaries and reports for management review and provide timely support for audits and compliance requirements. The role requires effective coordination with management and other stakeholders to address accounting-related matters efficiently.

Additionally, the candidate will handle petty cash and financial disbursements with appropriate documentation and strict control measures.
