A. Pre-requisite for the role

Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

  1. Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

  2. 0-3 years' experience in US mortgage related process

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication in English

  1. Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software and data Processing

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  3. Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry and information processing

  4. Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency in standard office applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy when entering data and handling customer information.

  2. Communication Tools: Familiarity with communication platforms like email, chat applications, and phone systems.

  3. Data Analysis: Basic ability to interpret and analyze data to identify trends and insights.

  4. Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to changing systems and processes.

  5. Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest changes in processes and industry best practices

Preferred Qualification: B'Com/ BA. /B'Sc

Preferred Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Standard Office applications

  2. Familiarity with communication platforms like email, chat applications, and phone systems.

B. Position Summary:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)

  1. Ability to follow established processes to support a leading correspondent lending clients

  2. Ability to interact with team leads and use judgment to escalate issues and ask question

3 Ability to manage competing priorities deliverables and initiatives

  1. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel and Word

  2. Handling client inquiries, processing transactions, providing accurate information about processes, adhering to company policies, maintaining records
