Role Description

This full-time Associate role is located on-site in Noida. The Associate will be responsible for performing daily verification tasks, including gathering and verifying documentation, entering data into the system, and maintaining accurate records. The role will also involve liaising with various stakeholders, ensuring data security, and adhering to best practices and regulatory standards. The Associate will work closely with other team members to ensure the timely and accurate processing of verifications.

Qualifications

  • Experience in data entry, record keeping, and document verification
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior experience in background screening or compliance services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
