Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in the Greater Chennai Area. The CEO will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensure efficient business performance, lead financial management, and drive strategic planning initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business plans, managing sales, and ensuring that all operations align with the company's vision and objectives. The CEO will also be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders and promoting the company's growth and profitability.

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Proven track record of driving business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Extensive experience in a senior management role, preferably within the retail industry
