We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

to lead our technology strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in
Product Engineering, DevOps, and System Design

, with a strong focus on scaling products, optimizing infrastructure, and driving innovation through technology.

As CTO, you will play a key role in shaping the company's product roadmap, defining the architecture, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the client's
    technology vision and roadmap

in alignment with business goals.
- Lead
end-to-end product engineering

efforts — from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Oversee
DevOps processes

, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across systems.
- Architect robust
system designs

capable of supporting future growth and innovation.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of engineers and technology leaders.
- Ensure
security, compliance, and data protection

standards are maintained across all platforms.
- Optimize development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Drive technical excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency across teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years

of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience in
product engineering and full-stack development

- Deep understanding of
DevOps practices

, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong expertise in
system design

, micro services architecture, and API-driven development.
- Experience managing large-scale distributed systems and product scalability.
- Proficient in modern tech stacks (Angular, , .NET, Python, React, React Native etc.) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable technical strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an IT services company in a client-facing role.
  • Exposure to
