You will be responsible for owning & growing the CA business vertical by problem solving the current bottleneck in customer adoption. Problem solving , designing GTM basis customer insights will be paramount. The role will also entail leading a high performance sales team to drive Business growth through the onboarding of Chartered Accountants, Accountant and Tax Practitioners. Your focus will be on Customer Acquisition, generating referrals from these influencers, accelerating market penetration and delivering maximum revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Problem solving of scaling of customer Acquisition
- Customer Acquisition and Referral targets by acquiring and activating a wide network of CAs, Accountants and Tax Practitioners across India
- Build, lead, and inspire a results-driven sales team and deliver consistent month-on-month growth
- Monitor KPIs such as onboarding volume, activation rate, revenue per acquisition, and base growth; implement corrective actions to meet AOP targets
- Develop and execute scalable sales strategies, territory plans, and onboarding frameworks to accelerate expansion and establish market leadership
- Identify bottlenecks and market challenges, and solve them with speed and agility; proactively unlock new channels and growth levers
- Leverage analytics to make informed decisions, track conversion funnels, identify high-performing segments, and continuously refine sales approach
- Standardize and streamline workflows for lead handling, onboarding, activation, and retention to ensure efficiency at scale.
