Delivery Operations, Senior Associate POSITION DETAILS Job Role: Delivery Operations Job Level: Senior Associate Employment Type: Full Time Work Location: Gurugram ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Associate of Delivery Operations, you'll support project management within the Delivery teams and collaborate closely with Finance Operations, FP&A, AR, AP, and Resourcing. You will contribute to process improvements and help uphold the high standards of quality and reliability that our business expects. In this role, you will · Work closely with Delivery teams and Operations teams for project support setup and maintenance in Workday and Excel · Maintain communication with Delivery, Finance, and FinOps teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of system data · Set-up projects at kick-off and effectively communication outstanding items · Manage resourcing (core and support teams) at project kick-off and with shifting deadlines · Support Delivery teams in managing project financials, especially during month's end · Work with Delivery teams to assist with billing schedules and ensure client invoices are processed properly and in a timely manner · Maintain strong, working product and process knowledge. Quickly master new product functionality and processes in line with evolving business needs · Document daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that Delivery Ops supports Other important skills · Must possess excellent English communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with US-based teams or clients · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Experience working in multi-cultural setting · Self-starter and resourceful · Experience with client communication and management · Timely communication with key stakeholders · Strong planning, scheduling, prioritization, and organization · Experience with Workday or similar ERP system preferable
