Role: Customer Support Representative

Process: HR Voice

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Location: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: US Shift

Qualification: Graduates (Fresher) & Grads and Undergrads (Exp)

Salary: Upto 6.5 LPA + Incentives

Responsibility:

Identify and conduct communications activities to improve agent effectiveness and increase customer satisfaction.

Create focused communications to reinforce existing processes or introduce new ones.

Help manage the tools used for agent communications.

Good verbal and written communication Minimum 4yrs voice customer service experience (not just any customer service), having been part of escalation desk in the past would be an added benefit Work from client location in Bellandur on the basis of US shift.

Rounds of Interview: VERSANT > HR > OPS

Preferred Candidates Profiles:

* Candidate should be comfortable working in US Shift

* Candidate should be comfortable working in a Contractual role
