We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our reservation team, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise the reservation team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase bookings and occupancy rates.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and control expenses to optimize profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role within Accor Hotels or related companies.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving results-oriented initiatives.
