Reservation Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Reservation Supervisor to join our team, with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate reservations staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze and report on reservation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor new hires to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and software applications.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
