We are looking for a skilled Reservation Supervisor to join our team, with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate reservations staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze and report on reservation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor new hires to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and software applications.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
