Role Overview
We're looking for an
E-commerce, Marketplace & Order Management Specialist
who will own:
- Online revenue (website + marketplaces)
- Listings, content, pricing & promotions
- End-to-end order management & customer experience
You Will Be Directly Responsible For
- Growing sales & profitability on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and the Diving Swan website.
- Ensuring smooth order flow from order placement to delivery, returns and exchanges.
- Maintaining flawless catalog, content, inventory accuracy & account health.
This is a
hands-on role
combining
growth + operations + analytics + order management
.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Growth (Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra)
- Own the growth plan and targets for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra – revenue, margins, hero SKUs and key categories.
- Plan assortment & pricing per platform (what to list where, pricing, discounts, commissions, fees).
- Plan and execute participation in major sales & events (BBD, Prime Day, Myntra events, festive & EOSS sales).
- Track competition in jewellery and recommend actions on positioning, offers, pricing and catalogue gaps.
- D2C Website & Shopify Management
- Manage the Shopify store end-to-end:
- Product uploads & updates, collections, tags, metafields.
- SEO fields (meta titles & descriptions), URL hygiene, on-site search tags.
Keep The Website Fresh And Updated With
- New launches & hero collections (necklaces, earrings, bracelets, sets).
- Curations like Bestsellers, Under ₹1499, Everydaywear, Gifting, Officewear, Party Edit etc.
- Live offers, sale banners, and key brand messaging.
Coordinate With Design/dev To
- Improve homepage, collection pages & PDPs.
- Build landing pages for campaigns (Valentine's, Diwali, Gifting, Wedding, etc.).
- Listings, Content & Brand Storefronts
Across Website + Marketplaces:
- Maintain a single, clean master catalogue across channels (SKU, attributes, prices, categories, tags).
- Create and optimize high-quality product listings:
- Titles, bullet points, descriptions, care instructions, warranty/return info.
- Attributes: metal, colour, style, occasion, plating, length, weight etc.
- Ensure all listings have strong visual content:
- Flat lays, close-ups, on-model images, lifestyle shots.
- Compliance with marketplace image requirements.
- Build and manage Brand Stores / Storefronts:
- Amazon Brand Store, Myntra/Flipkart brand pages.
- Regularly update collections – New In, Gifting, Wedding, Everyday Essentials, Workwear etc.
- Coordinate product shoots/reshoots with internal or external resources when listing quality needs improvement.
- Advertising, Promotions & Conversion
Marketplaces
- Plan and manage Sponsored Product / Sponsored Brand / visibility campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra (directly or with agency).
- Continuously optimize for ROAS/ACOS, CTR, CPC and conversion rate.
- Plan & execute deals, coupons, event specials, bank offers for key periods.
D2C Website
- Coordinate with performance marketing (Meta/Google) on:
- Product feeds & catalogue quality.
- Landing pages and UTM mapping.
- Pushing winning SKUs.
