We're Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – Direct B2B Sales | Building Materials Industry Location: Lucknow, Kanpur, VaranasiAre you a proven closer with deep roots in the wholesale building materials industry? Do you thrive on winning complex B2B deals with architects, PMCs, corporate clients, government departments, and contractors? Momentum Interiors is looking for a Regional Sales Manager who is all about direct client engagement, not channel or dealer development.
What You'll Really
Be Doing:Drive high-value B2B sales for interior and building solutions across key verticals: corporates, institutions, PSUs, and government departments
Build and deepen relationships with architects, interior designers, PMCs, IPPs, procurement heads, and contractors
Pitch premium brands like Herman Miller, Featherlite, LikoS, DormaKaba, Gunnebo and LabGuard with authority and insight
Track live projects, get specified early, and ensure conversion from spec to order
Deliver client presentations that are tailored, consultative, and commercially impactful What You Must Bring:Minimum 5+ years of experience in wholesale building materials – office furniture, partitions, floorings, hardware, lab furniture, etc.Solid experience in direct sales – you're used to negotiating with procurement heads, government buyers, CXOs, and architectsA live network of specifiers and decision-makers
Strong presentation skills (PPT, Excel), commercial acumen, and on-ground hustle
