Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automobile sales, preferably with experience in 3-wheelers and EVs. They will be responsible for spearheading profitability and growth initiatives within the UP/NCR region.

P&L Management:

Responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets across all channels. This involves analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize the go-to-market strategy.

Brand Sales Leadership:

Spearhead the comprehensive brand sales strategy for the region, encompassing planning, execution, channel expansion, and post-sales engagement.

Category Development:

Drive growth and scaling of the Used 3-wheeler and EV segments by identifying high-potential areas, generating local demand, and increasing market share.

Team Leadership:

Guide and inspire a regional sales team to attain ambitious growth targets.

Market Intelligence:

Continuously monitor regional trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize the go-to-market strategy.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to align regional priorities with overall company goals.

Qualifications:

  • 08 -12 years of experience in automobile sales (preferably with strong exposure to Used 3-wheelers/EVs).
  • Proven track record of managing large regions or zones with full P&L accountability.
  • Deep understanding of the UP/NCR market dynamics, dealer ecosystems, and customer behavior.
  • Experience in category creation or scaling within a competitive and fast-moving sector is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
