The role of a Business Development Head involves driving revenue growth by aligning sales, marketing and academic teams.

- Set clear goals, track performance and ensure accountability.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years in Sales & Marketing with 2+ years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in BTL/field marketing and lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/admissions targets.
Business Requirements:
- Plan and execute sales strategies.
- Maximize student enrollment through effective marketing.
- Drive revenue growth by streamlining sales and marketing efforts.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Improve sales/admissions efficiency.
- Enhance team collaboration and productivity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in EdTech, K-12 Education, Test Prep, FMCG, BFSI or Telecom industries.
